Save the Date: Fahe’s 2026 Annual Meeting – Learning in Motion
Fahe’s 2026 Annual Meeting will bring Members, partners, funders, policymakers, and other stakeholders together in late September to explore what our network is learning, building, and proving through Housing Can’t Wait and our collective work across Appalachia.
This year’s theme, Learning in Motion, reflects where we are as a network. We are not simply responding to the housing challenge. We are testing strategies, adapting our work, using data, strengthening visibility, and learning together in real time.
The Annual Meeting allows us to share what is working in rural and underserved communities and demonstrate the strength of Fahe’s network-based approach.
Call for Sessions
As we prepare for the 2026 Annual Meeting, Fahe invites Members and partners to submit session ideas that help bring this year’s theme to life.
We are especially interested in sessions that explore:
What we heard: Lessons, challenges, and insights emerging from communities, programs, and Member organizations.
What we are building: New tools, partnerships, services, models, or approaches that are helping organizations respond to housing needs.
What Members are proving: Evidence, examples, and stories that show what is working in rural and underserved communities.
What comes next: Ideas, opportunities, and strategies that can help move the network forward.
Session proposals may also connect to one or more of the following content pillars:
- Adaptive leadership
- Member innovation
- Data and evidence
- Visibility and narrative
Strong session ideas may include case studies, peer learning, facilitated discussion, practical tools, data insights, community stories, or examples of collaboration across organizations. We welcome proposals that are grounded in real experience and offer useful takeaways for Members and partners.
Help Shape the Conversation
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be a chance to showcase the creativity, momentum, and collective strength of the Fahe network. Your session ideas will help shape a meeting that reflects what Members are learning on the ground and how that learning is moving the work forward.
