Fahe Marks 10 Consecutive Years as a Best Place to Work in Kentucky

Fahe is proud to share that we have once again been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky, marking our tenth consecutive year receiving this recognition.

Earning the recognition once is an achievement. Earning it ten years in a row reflects something deeper. It speaks to a culture that has held steady through growth, change, and the demanding work of serving communities across Appalachia.

Presented by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, the Best Places to Work program evaluates organizations through a detailed process. One part examines workplace policies, benefits, and practices. The other relies on confidential employee surveys that capture how staff truly experience their workplace day to day. The results are analyzed together to determine which organizations rise to the top.

This year, Fahe was selected as one of 45 organizations in the small employer category, which includes companies with 15 to 149 employees.

What makes the recognition meaningful is that employee voices carry significant weight in the results. The survey captures how people feel about leadership, collaboration, communication, and the overall workplace environment. In other words, the award is shaped by the people who experience the culture firsthand.

“A decade of recognition tells a story about who we are as an organization,” said Jenn Cerecedes, Fahe Chief Operations Officer. “Over the past ten years our organization has grown, adapted, and taken on new challenges. What has remained constant is the commitment our team has to each other and to the communities we serve. That shared commitment is what makes Fahe a place people are proud to work.”

Fahe’s mission has always required dedication, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose. The work is complex and ever-changing, yet year after year, the people who carry that mission forward continue to say the same thing through their feedback: this is a place where their work matters and where they are supported in doing it well.

Ten years on Kentucky’s Best Places to Work list is a reminder that when people feel valued, trusted, and connected to purpose, they do their best work. And that work continues every day across the region Fahe proudly serves.
