Fahe will be hosting its Annual Meeting on September 7- 8 at the Hotel Roanoke & Convention Center in Roanoke, VA. The Annual Meeting is a time for our Membership to gather under one roof to share ideas and best practices and plan for the future of serving Appalachia.

There will be discussion and learning around such topics as talent development, stranded populations, succession planning, housing design, social enterprise, and how to tackle persistent poverty. Presenters and moderators include staff from Fahe, our Members, partner organizations such as Rural LISC, HOPE Enterprises, NeighborWorks America, Opportunity Finance Network, USDA RD, FHLB – Cincinnati, Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation, VHDA, KHC, THDA, WVHDF and Pathfinder Services.

We are very excited to have USDA RD Undersecretary, Lisa Mensah as our Keynote speaker.

Our Annual Meetings, along with our quarterly state caucus meetings and Spring Meetings, are way to keep our Membership Network connected and informed on new strategies, policies, and resources that help them better fulfill their missions to the people of Appalachia.
