We’re excited to announce that the Fahe 2025 Annual Meeting will take place September 30–October 2 (with an optional pre-Conference day on September 29) at the Meadowview Conference Center in Kingsport, Tennessee. This year’s theme, Housing Can’t Wait, underscores our shared urgency and commitment to meeting the region’s housing needs—together.

A Year of Action: Reporting on the Housing Challenge

At last year’s Annual Meeting, Fahe Members launched a bold, five-year Housing Challenge to build or rehabilitate 60,000 homes and serve 1 million people across Appalachia by 2030. At our Spring Retreat, we deepened our commitment. Over the summer Members and Partners will be focused on ensuring that strategic and performance goals are on track.

At the 2025 Annual Meeting, we will spotlight:

  • Results & Impact – The real progress made in communities through homes delivered and capital invested.
  • Strategic Shifts – How Members, Fahe, and partners are evolving technically and adaptively to meet performance goals.
  • Momentum for the Future – The emerging priorities like insurance, zoning reform, and capital access that will shape the next phase of our work.

We’ll also proudly celebrate Fahe’s 45th Anniversary—a milestone made possible by our network’s dedication and impact.
