Fahe to Service TN New Start Loans

Fahe is pleased to announce a new partnership with Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA). Fahe’s loan servicing department is in the process of taking over the servicing for ALL New Start loans across the entire state of Tennessee.   This is an incredible volume of loans and we are excited and ready to take on the task. Our team’s years of great service and lower than industry standard delinquency rates have earned us a high reputation.

To help ease the transition to Fahe, THDA will host a meeting on December 17^th, 2014 for all New Start Partners. To ensure parking and room availability, the meeting will be held at Nashville Area Habitat.

Fahe will begin processing these loans first quarter of 2015.
