Fahe has been declared one of the Top 100 Places to Work in Kentucky for the third year in a row!

We are proud to foster an environment where all employees thrive. Fahe is a Network of local leaders in Appalachia that builds communities and economies that work. Our strength lies in innovation, collaboration, and our differences in viewpoint, background, and experience. Our work is a reflection of the great people we hire.

The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resources Management (KYSHRM), and Lifestyle Health Plans conduct an annual survey and awards program known as Best Places to Work in Kentucky which identifies and recognizes the Commonwealth’s best employers.

The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

We believe in order to fulfill our mission and support our Members, we have to provide support to our staff, which means a positive and inclusive working environment.  We are proud to once again be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky, and we will continue to provide a supportive workplace where we work together to create local solutions and lasting impact.
