Tina Cain has nearly 35 years of banking and community development experience. She is a certified CDBG administrator with the Kentucky Department for Local Government. Tina provides financial oversight to all project financial activity working with municipalities to assure financial and audit compliance requirements are satisfied. Tina is experienced in the financial management of funding from Affordable Housing Trust fund, Appalachian Regional Commission, Community Development Block Grant Program, Federal Home Loan Bank, HOME Investment Partnership Program, Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Tina also works with Fahe Capital and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with project developers. As the Capital Fund Manager, Tina determines if real estate investments meet Fahe Capital’s investment guidelines and for those projects that meet guidelines managing the investment through, underwriting deals, scheduling Fund Investor Committee Meetings, preparing Investor Committee Summary, coordinating closing into an investment fund with legal counsel. Tina creates and implements a schedule for initial lease up monitoring and compliance and creates and implements a schedule for annual compliance review and annual site inspections for each property. Tina receives and reviews quarterly performance reports and works with developers, property managers and others to resolve issues. . Tina oversees and manages the relationship with auditors to achieve timely audits and tax returns.
