Myralee Smith-Cowley, Program Administrator – Fahe Consulting

Myralee Smith-CowleyMyralee served as the Executive Director of the Office of Federal Grants within the Kentucky Department for Local Government prior to coming to Fahe and brings a wealth of program experience to Fahe Consulting. Myralee, with 26 years of service as a career state government employee, served in numerous positions within the Department for Local Government including Assistant Director and is well versed in all aspects of grants programs. In her role as Executive Director she oversaw the following grant programs: Appalachian Regional Commission, Area Development Fund, Delta Regional Authority, Flood Control Program, Kentucky Body Armor Program, Kentucky Cemetery Preservation Fund, Kentucky Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program, Land and Water Conservation Fund, and Recreational Trails Program. Myralee holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Myralee is a past executive board member with the Council of State Community Development Agencies (COSCDA). Myralee began working with Fahe Consulting in April of 2009 and is a certified CDBG administrator as well as a certified Housing Development Finance Specialist through the National Development Council. Myralee has most recently assisted clients with NSP, ARC and CDBG programs. She also prepared several successful grant applications for Fahe clients.
